Firstly, thank you very much for looking to share your paranormal story with me. I am researching a book "I believe at first sight" which will be a collection of your stories about the paranormal activity or event that turned you into a believer.

I have put together a brief questionnaire via Microsof Forms to make it easy for you to share your story with me. There are a small number of questions for you to answer and ample space is provided for you to write in detail about your story. 

Please describe the location, was it you home, a relatives, an historic building or a graveyard. How did you feel about the venue? What was the activity/event that you witnessed? How did you feel - scared/excited? What are the details you remember? Why was this the activity/event that made you believe?

The form will ask for limited personal data, your name and email address, this information will be saved on a secure server and will not be shared with any third party. If we require any further details regarding your story we will email you and arrange a Zoom/Teams called to discuss it further. If you would prefer this can be do over the telephone but we will only request your details where you have requested this method. All collected data will only be held for the purposes of this research and will be securely destroyed upon completion.
